More Memorial Day Fun!

Our new friend Michelle and her precious little girl...

Memorial Day at our friend's home & pool

Here are some of our friend's kiddos at the Memorial Day barbeque we were invited to. We had such a good time and the kids had a great time. Aren't they cute?! That is Phoebe in the front with her arms wide open.

My anniversary present from Mark

When we were in Napa Valley with Liz and Larry we went to this art gallery and I fell in love with Eric Christensen's work. He paints glass like you wouldn't believe. It looks like a photo but it is painted.
Mark surprised me and without me knowing it he ordered and had this picture shipped to our condo in NJ. I love it. It looks great in a corner of our kitchen...32 years & still in love! :)

Memorial Weekend on the Atlantic; Belmar NJ at the Shore

What a great time we had with our friend's Laura and Glenn and their family at their house boat at the shore.
We thought of Bruce often...he would have been in heaven. Boats every where and tons of weekend adventurers...what fun.

Memorial weekend was not short on food. This was the largest pizza I ever saw...you had to tip it to get through a normal size door! Good thing we were on a boat :) YUMMY

Josh would have loved to have caught this big striper bass.

It was a pretty ride...on the Atlantic.

Cool homes all along the channel going into the ocean...

Laura's brother Rich feeding the swan some pizza!

Mark relaxing on the boat...

Glenn and Laura's Boat

Here we are relaxing on the boat "Happy Ours". What a great Memorial Day weekend we had! Glenn took us for a ride out to the ocean. It was a little rough but beautiful.

Gorgeous Girlfriends Together Again in Madison

We had a great night...Mary, Susie, Nanc, Chrissy and Sandy. Nanc spent the night because Ken was out of town.
We are so blessed to have friends like these!
Love you All...can't wait to get together again.

Restaino & Associates Admin...Brenda

Brenda is awesome...we don't know what we would do without her. She keeps everything straight for us and is a huge support. Thanks Brenda!!!

My Best Buddies in Real Estate

Ryan and Josh sent me a dozen gorgeous hot pink and white roses for Mother's Day ... love those boys. :)

Napa Valley....Good bye for now!

This was our last winery of the two day trip...really a neat place. Liz and Larry and their kids always called it "Real Fake Sheep" because there are statues or forms of sheep standing out in the fields here. It is a landmark for them whenever they are traveling in the Valley.

We had champagne here and toasted to a great trip!

Bottega is Michael Churello's Restaurant from the Food Network. I wish I would have run into him but I didn't. He owns a kitchen store right across from his restaurant.

We bought lunch at a little country market and ate outside in Yountville...a really neat little area.

Look close and you will see the shoot coming out of this plant...it is the flower. Weird.

The bottling process is so fun to watch...we got to see them fill, cork and label the bottles.

The vineyards..................

See the wine glass...

If you look really close there are little itsy bitty grapes starting.

Look close....the Wine train is going by in the distance. Mark and I want to do this time.

Cakebread Cellar's grounds

Cakebread Cellers...yummmmmmm

It was so fun to be here again.

Fun times at Fume restaurant in Napa with Liz and Larry.

We got a gift certificate for the Bremer Family restaurant called Fume in Napa...so this is us at the restaurant. It was Y U M M Y!

A romantic moment for Liz and Larry...and I caught it!

The roof...this is made by putting the material over the thigh of a woman...thus the different shapes. I think they look pretty consistent but interesting story. :)

Still the castle.

WOW...........

The paintings on the walls were amazing.

This is where the movie the Disney film "Bedtime Story" book was read.

Dining Room in the castle...

Sky...Bell...Cross...

Pretty...pretty

Look at that court yard!

The next several pictures are of Castillo de Amorosa...

Enjoy.............

This castle had a real mote and everything...very authentic. It even had a torture chamber!

This was such a cool winery....The Castle Castillo de Amorosa. The wine wasn't that good but the grounds and castle were beautiful.

Bremer Family Winery...

This is Linda who gave us our tastes .... we liked Linda! :)

Great wine...gotta go here (Bremer Family) if you are in Napa Valley.

Liz and I at our first winery....called The Bremer Family. It ended up being our favorite winery.
