NYC Madison Square Garden

We went to Madison Square Garden to see the NJ Nets and NYC Knicks play. Unfortunately Devon Harris was injured so he wasn't there! That was disappointing but we saw a great game. Vince Carter was shooting 3's like crazy and the Nets won. It was a fun evening and we all got to see the most famous arena in the country...lots of history here for sure!

Josh's spring break 2009 in NJ

Josh came to visit us for his spring break. We absolutely loved having him around. We ate well! This night we were having one of our favorite meatloaf recipes from El Dorado. yummmy

Josh & I whipped up a NY style cheesecake that turned out pretty good with chocolate hazelnut and strawberry topping.

First storm of the winter ~ March 2, 2009

Well, I told Mark this morning I finally feel at home. We had our first substantial snowstorm. Our family and friends in Madison probably would laugh but Mark's work is closed and all the schools are closed. Some areas did get quite a bit of snow. Here in Princeton it looks like we only got about 6 or 7 inches. It is beautiful actually & still coming down.

It will probably all melt in a day or two but it is kind of nice for now. I have to admit I miss snow living here. I miss our friends and our boys more! This is a picture out our kitchen onto a little front patio area. Enjoy a glimpse into my world!
